Laboratory decoration system is an important component of laboratory design, and its design and implementation need to consider many details.
1、 Material selection for walls and floors
The walls and floors of the laboratory should be made of materials that are acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. For example, the ground can use anti slip, waterproof, and wear-resistant PVC flooring, and the walls can use acid and alkali resistant tiles or wall paint.
2、 Lighting system in the laboratory
The lighting system in the laboratory should use lamps with stable and uniform lighting. When selecting lighting fixtures, one should consider whether they are waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant. The lighting system should be equipped with emergency lighting and light regulation systems.
3、 Air conditioning and ventilation system
The air conditioning and ventilation system in the laboratory needs to have good filtration and emission functions. Efficient filters and precise temperature and humidity control systems should be used. In the design of air conditioning and ventilation systems, full consideration should be given to the workflow and experimental requirements within the laboratory.
4、 Water and electricity installation
The installation of water and electricity in the laboratory needs to have the characteristics of reliability, stability, and safety. In design and installation, consideration should be given to the insulation, waterproofing, moisture resistance, and other requirements of wires and cables. The connection of water pipes and the drainage system also need to pay attention to issues such as leakage and corrosion prevention.
5、 Experimental bench and storage cabinet
The laboratory's experimental platform should be made of materials that are acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, such as stainless steel and acid and alkali resistant ceramic tiles. The storage cabinet should have functions such as corrosion prevention, fire prevention, and theft prevention to ensure the safety of laboratory items.
6、 Protective facilities
The protective facilities of the laboratory should include ultraviolet lamp, Biosafety cabinet, protective glasses, protective mask, protective clothing, gloves, etc. Corresponding protective facilities should be selected based on the type of experiment and hazard level.
7、 Waste treatment facilities
The waste treatment facilities in the laboratory should be designed reasonably, easy to operate and clean. We should choose garbage bins with good sealing performance and corrosion resistance, and strictly follow the prescribed procedures and standards for disposal.
